Today we had a school wide assembly focused on positive behavior and following our Fox Clause to be Respectful, Responsible, Safe, and Kind. The theme we are revisiting throughout this year is bravery. Ask your child to share about what they learned!
There will be no school on Monday, January 19th. Friday, January 23rd is an early dismissal day with students getting out at 11:45 AM.

Kindergarten Registration: Do you have a child who will be turning 5 prior to September 1st? If so, it is time to register for Kindergarten! Kindergarten Welcome Events, which will include a sneak peek of a classroom and a chance to meet the teaching team, will occur in all Parkland Elementary Schools in March. French Activity Fair: FREE FRENCH ACTIVITY FAIR for 4th and 5th graders is at PHS on Saturday, February 21 (rescheduled from Jan. 24) when French Honor Society students will host fun activities related to French culture in the Parkland High School Cafeteria from 10 AM - 12 Noon. PTO Updates
Our next PTO Meeting is Wednesday February 11th at 7pm. Followed by the 5th grade Parent Committee Meeting at 7:30pm. This is held in the library, please come to the side doors for entry.
5th grade charter bus donations are due. Please send payment (cash, venmo, check) in an envelope with your childs and teachers name on it.
Fogelsville Family Night at The Phantoms is coming up on Saturday February 28th at 7:05pm. Our 5th graders will perform God Bless America. All tickets must be purchased by Wednesday January 28th to ensure you are in the Fogelsville Section.
Hearts A Glow Dance is coming up on Thursday February 12th, flyers will be coming home next week.
The School Store will be open every Friday for grades 1st - 5th. Birthday Coupons are available for purchase for your child's classroom. Please email ptofogelsville@gmail.com to order.
